Service description PhaseID is an email management and routing service that allows users to organize, filter, block, forward, and analyze incoming emails using custom-defined phases and rules. PhaseID is not a traditional email provider and does not replace the user’s primary inbox. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use PhaseID. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 3. User responsibilities Users agree to: Use PhaseID lawfully Not abuse, overload, or attempt to compromise the service Ensure they have the right to process emails routed through PhaseID Users are responsible for configuring phases and rules correctly. 4. Email processing & delivery PhaseID may: Delay emails Block emails Forward emails Process emails automatically based on user-defined rules While we aim for reliability, delivery is not guaranteed. 5. No liability for missed or blocked emails PhaseID is provided on an “as is” and “best effort” basis. We are not liable for: Missed emails Delayed emails Blocked emails Business losses caused by email handling decisions Users are responsible for ensuring PhaseID fits their use case. 6. Plans, limits & changes Subscription plans may include limits (e.g. monthly email processing). We reserve the right to: Modify plans Adjust limits Change pricing with reasonable notice Exceeding limits may result in altered behavior (e.g. forwarding without filtering). 7. Beta & early access PhaseID may be offered as a beta or early-access product. During such periods: Features may change Bugs may occur Availability is not guaranteed 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts if: These Terms are violated The service is abused Legal obligations require it Users may terminate their account at any time. 9. Intellectual property All software, branding, and content related to PhaseID remain our property. Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service. 10.
